Lincoln is known for quiet luxury, with perks that go beyond pride in owning the badge. So it’s no wonder that the legendary automotive company extended its concierge, pick-up-and-delivery package and other complimentary services into a branded mobile app.

The Lincoln Way App is designed to be warm and personal, greeting users by name on the homescreen with copy and graphics that espouse ease, comfort and security. Through a single download, Lincoln owners discovered a new dimension in their relationship with the brand.

And by strengthening the owner relationship, Lincoln was able to create an entirely new funnel to draw owners and their friends into dealerships, advancing the brand and selling more vehicles in the process.
